After numbing and lightly sedating you, the All-on-4 dentist will surgically implant four titanium posts into each arch. Once the gum and bone around the posts has healed, you return to our office for your permanent dentures. The artificial teeth are customized to replace your natural teeth. Once the permanent denture is attached, you will need to follow a dental hygiene regimen that includes regular brushing and flossing as well as routine dental visits.
